Tired of waiting? Turn OFF the "auto DNS" in your router or modem and get back an hour of your life waiting for TWC. Choose any of the FREE ones (like OpenDNS) or Google.
This has taken me 3 days to work out - I even CALLED them - they had no clue.
If you can reach a site by using it's IP address but NOT buy typing it's name OR the time it takes seems long - your DNS setup is c&%p.
